| Flight Test Museum: I knew next to nothing about the aerospace industry (aside from being a sci-fi fan) when I became the development manager with the Flight Test Historical Foundation. This was also my first experience with raising funds and capital campaigns. To sum up the first several months, it was like drinking information from a firehose. My mind traveled in so many different directions and eventually the story which needed telling became clear. Understanding the stakeholders perspectives, the role this air force base plays within the industry and the infrastructure that was inadvertently siloed over the years making it difficult to navigate… a unique opportunity appeared.
